Screw the back channels in place
Easy - whether face fixing...
.........or side fixing.
Line up the Zip
Make sure the cloth is central in the head box - with the same measurement from the edge of the zip to the box side on both the left and right.
Now line up the zip so that it runs in line with the groove behind (see arrows) - realigning channels as necessary.
That ensures your Zip blind will run smoothly.
Cloth inner rail and channel
Feed in the cloth's zip, and rock the inner channel into the back channel. At the head box end there is a 50mm gap between the end of the inner channel and the ends of the other channels and inner rail.
Tip
As you rock in the inner channel, keep its narrow edge hard up against the corner of the outer channel (as arrow).
