Flat screens under sloping skylight

Here a series of screens provide controllable shading along the length of a large rooflight. Our constant tensioning system offers an elegant but cost-effective solution.

An alternative method

There are no roof beams under this skylight, so the architect wanted a clear opening. SHY UK provided this 18 meter long blind, which closes in from each end into the middle. This blind uses our Fabric Tensioning (FTS) system.

Glazed roof in historic building

An historic building's glazed roof needed careful treatment. SHY UK designed mounting brackets especially for this project, which uses our Fabric Tensioning System (FTS).

Yes, we do large conventional roof light blinds, too

In this hall, clever use of lighting in conjunction with out skylight blackout offer a wider range of mood possibilities.

Small rooflights

We also do small ones too. For skylights as small as 600 mm square!

To see the range of rooflight blind sizes available for each head box type, please got to our Zip blind-sizes page, select "Roof lights", click "Continue" - then follow the instructions.
