Suspended Projection Screens
Obscura projection screens are used in mid room locations. When window recesses provide the best location, we recommend the use of Zip projection screens.
Edging
The screen shown in the picture has black edging, which is available at additional cost. However, screens without edging also perform well.

Mounting
Mount with brackets, as shown here. As an option, SHY UK also will supply a head box, for mounting to, or flush with, the ceiling.
Screen Sizes
Almost any Obscura system may be supplied as a projection screen. So we can supply very small to very large screens!
Operation
There are two main options: electric operation, and hand operation, using Obscura’s Decelerator system. Electrically powered screens are very convenient in board room situations. Remote control may be particularly suitable. With the Decelerator system, the screen is pulled down—often using a hook on a handle. To retract the screen, the operator merely gives the hem bar a gentle tug, and the screen moves up to a gentle stop at the fully retracted position.
